  • Beliefs
We believe in the Trinity, that God is one, yet God is revealed in three distinct persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe God is the creator of heaven, earth, and everything in it, including you. We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God. He came down from heaven, and through the Holy Spirit and a virgin woman named Mary, he became truly human. He was without sin. Yet, he was crucified on a cross to pay the penalty of our sins. Three days after his death and burial Jesus was raised from the dead. He commissioned His followers for ministry, before ascending into heaven. He is now seated at the right hand of God interceding on our behalf and preparing a place in heaven for Christians. We believe Jesus is coming again. We believe the Holy Spirit is active in all creation, leading all to experience God’s love and equipping Christians to live the Christian walk. We believe that the Bible, consisting of the sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments, is the infallible Word of God, verbally inspired by God. We believe all preaching must be biblical as the Bible is sufficient for “teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.” (2 Timothy 3:16) The Way of Salvation We believe that “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23) We believe that “the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23) We believe that “if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9) We pray that you know Jesus Christ as your Savior and as your Lord. And we invite you to connect with one of our pastors to talk about life, faith, and what it means to be a follower of Christ.
